How does pricing work?

Offshore staffing is one monthly fee per person, which covers their salary, benefits, equipment, local HR and our management, with replacement cover included. The fee varies by role and seniority. Agentic workflow projects start with a scoped discovery, after which you get a fixed quote for the build and an optional retainer for running and improving the workflow. Who employs the staff?

Staff are employed and paid in the Philippines through us, so you take on no foreign payroll, employment law or compliance burden. Operationally they work as members of your team: your tools, your processes, your direction.

Are staff dedicated to my agency?

Yes, fully. Every placement is one person working full time for one client. We do not pool people across agencies or sell shared hours.

Can staff work UK or US hours?

Yes. Staff can work shifts aligned to UK or US business hours for live collaboration, or ahead of your day for overnight turnaround. Most clients choose a mix per role, usually with a defined overlap window for calls and questions.

How quickly can someone start?

Typically a few weeks from brief to start date. We screen and test candidates against your brief, you interview a shortlist, and once you choose, we handle onboarding, equipment and contracts.

What if the person is not the right fit?

We replace them. Finding the right person is our risk, not yours, and replacement cover is included in the monthly fee. There are no recruitment fees at any stage.

How do you vet candidates?

Candidates are screened for the specific role: skills testing on the actual work, English assessment, portfolio or work sample review, and interviews with our team before you ever see them. You interview a shortlist of people who have already cleared that bar.

What about confidentiality and data security?

Staff sign confidentiality agreements as part of their employment, work in your systems under accounts you control, and follow your access policies. You decide what they can see, and access is revocable by you at any time because the accounts are yours.

What equipment and setup do staff have?

We provide each team member with the equipment and connectivity the role needs as part of the monthly fee, so you are never shipping hardware overseas or troubleshooting someone's setup.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Engagements run on a rolling monthly basis with a notice period rather than long lock ins. The model only works if you keep people because they are good, not because a contract traps you.

Do you offer part time or shared staff?

No. Roles are full time and dedicated, because that is what produces the quality and consistency agencies actually need. If you have less than a full time workload, an agentic workflow may be the better answer, and we will say so.

What is an agentic workflow?

A multi step AI agent system that runs a repeatable process end to end, such as reporting, content production or QA, with humans reviewing the output at defined points rather than doing every step. It is process automation, not a chatbot.

Can you white label for our agency?

Yes. Offshore staff can work under your brand in client facing contexts where you want them to, including your email domain and your tools. How visible they are to your clients is your call.
